Renovating and staging homes for resale for twenty years, I have worked effectively with client and realtor producing results that are striking and yet affordable. From a single hour of consultation to a full scale staging job, I provide whatever assistance is needed to present a property for sale with flair and style. With training and experience in design, construction, fine art and psychology, I bring to each project the necessary skills to help the homeowner make a significant difference in the presentation and sale of their home.

EXPERTISE

Presenting a home at its absolute best is essential in today’s increasingly competitive real estate market. My goal is to maximize the home’s spaciousness while creating the warmth, excitement and emotional appeal that makes the difference between a speedy sale and a house that languishes for too long on the market. The majority of homes that I have staged have sold in an average of one week to two months, either at or above the asking price.

My objective in staging a home is to pinpoint the target market and then emphasize the home’s assets with simple, elegant furnishings, art and accessories that suit the anticipated demographic as well as the style of the home. Every home has the potential to inspire, captivate and excite. Working closely with both the homeowner and realtor, I ease what is often an emotional process, striving to create a feeling of excitement, warmth and comfort: a feeling of coming home.
